Upcoming events!

The school year is coming to an end, but the EcoHawks still has some great and exciting events coming up! Check out the details below:

Out of the Bottle
When: March 22nd-26th
Where: Concourse
Come out to play some fun games to try to win yourself a stainless steal water bottle! We will also be collecting e-waste (electronics) at the end of the week!

Earth Hour Day
When: Saturday, March 27th @11am-10pm
Where: Quad outside of FNCC
One of our biggest events of the year! This day will be filled with numerous activities like entertainment and games, as well as a barbecue! Definitely hang out with the EcoHawks and have some fun with non-energy using activities!
BBQ from 6:30pm-8:30pm
Live entertainment from 11am-8pm
Lights out! from 8:30pm- 9:30pm

Speaker Night
When: Wednesday March 31st @7pm
Where: SBE1220
Mike Nickerson, author of "Life, Money and Illusion- Living on the Earth as if we want to stay", will be speaking here at Laurier about his book and how we can reconcile the seemingly contrasting ideas of a growing economy and a sustaining environment.
